Most personal injury lawyers will tell you they fight for their clients. Jose Robles Jr does not have to say it - his life proves it. From four combat tours in the Middle East to the All Air Force Boxing Team to the courtroom, Joe has spent his entire adult life standing up for people who need someone in their corner.
If you are facing an insurance company that wants to pay you as little as possible, you want the attorney who learned what it means to never quit long before he passed the bar.
Watch Joe's Story
Battle Tested. Always Ready.
Joe served nearly 15 years in the United States Air Force as Military Police, from 2003 to 2018. He completed four combat tours in the Middle East, working in customs, law enforcement, convoys, and base defense operations. He was not behind a desk. He was in the fight - protecting millions of dollars in assets, providing security for NATO nuclear inspection teams, and safeguarding commanders in covert operations.
Joe was selected for the All-Air Force Boxing Team in 2006 and attended Airmen Leadership School, Combat Leaders School, and the Non-Commissioned Officer's Academy. His military awards include the Achievement Medal, Outstanding Unit Award (2005, 2006), Meritorious Unit Award (2012), and the Operation Iraqi Freedom Campaign Medal (2004-05, 2006-07).
Those nearly 15 years shaped everything about who Joe is today. He learned to stay calm under pressure. He learned that preparation wins before the battle even starts. And he learned that when someone is counting on you, you do not let them down. Period.
Joe's road to becoming an attorney was not the traditional one, and that is exactly what makes him effective. He first earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media Design from the University of North Texas - a background that gave him a creative, strategic mind that most lawyers simply do not have. He sees angles others miss. He communicates in ways that resonate with juries, adjusters, and judges.
Then came law school. Joe earned his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2018, bringing his military work ethic to three years of rigorous legal training. While other students were figuring out what kind of lawyer they wanted to be, Joe already knew. He had spent years watching everyday people get chewed up by systems bigger than them. He was done watching.
After law school, Joe did not jump straight into running his own practice. He put in the work to master his craft first. He began with an apprenticeship under criminal defense attorneys through the Texas Apprenticeship Network, learning the fundamentals of client advocacy from the ground up.
In December 2018, Joe joined Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law as an Associate Attorney, handling personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, singular crashes, and premises liability. Within seven months, his results and leadership earned him a promotion to Managing Attorney of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Department, a role he held for over 3.5 years.
At Bailey & Galyen, Joe managed a full department of PI cases, sharpened his negotiation skills against insurance companies, and built the systems and processes that would later become the foundation of his own firm.
In January 2023, Joe launched Jose Robles Jr Law Firm, PLLC in Fort Worth with a clear mission: give injured Texans the same relentless, no-excuses representation he had spent four years perfecting - but with the personal attention and accountability that only a founder-led firm can deliver.
The firm operates on a simple principle - if you are hurt and it was not your fault, you deserve an attorney who will fight like your future depends on it. Because it does.
Joe brings four qualities from the military into every single case:
No two cases are the same. Insurance companies change tactics, evidence evolves, and circumstances shift. Joe adjusts his strategy in real time - just like he did downrange.
Joe's cases are built to win before they ever reach a courtroom. Every detail is documented, every argument is rehearsed, every weakness is addressed.
When an insurance company lowballs an offer or tries to stall, Joe does not fold. He pushes harder.
Some cases take months. Some take years. Joe does not abandon his clients when things get difficult. That is not how he was trained, and it is not how he operates.
That approach has produced real results for real people across Texas. Joe and his team have recovered over $5 million for injured clients, handled more than 1,000 cases, and maintained a 95% success rate. Those are not marketing numbers - they are families who got the compensation they needed to rebuild their lives.
When you call the Jose Robles Jr Law Firm, someone answers. When you have a question about your case, you get a real answer - not a voicemail that never gets returned. Joe holds his team to the same standard he held his unit to in the Air Force: every person matters, and every commitment gets honored.
Cookie-cutter legal strategies produce cookie-cutter results. Joe builds a custom game plan for every client based on the specific facts of their case, the insurance company involved, and the outcome they need. A car accident case in Fort Worth is handled differently than a truck accident case in San Antonio - because the details matter.
A 95% success rate does not happen by accident. It happens through disciplined, repeatable execution on every case. The same thorough investigation. The same aggressive negotiation. The same willingness to go to trial when the offer on the table is not enough.
Insurance companies count on injured people giving up. They delay. They lowball. They deny. Joe has been trained to outlast adversity in conditions far worse than a conference room or a courtroom. That kind of toughness does not fade - and it does not lose easily.

Joe does not just fight for Fort Worth in the courtroom. He fights for its future. This is who Joe is when the suits come off and the courtroom doors close - a guy from Fort Worth who believes that giving back is not optional.
As the Founder and President of Benny's Books, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing diversity in children's fiction, Joe has spent years putting books into the hands of kids who need them most. Benny's Books publishes children's books through the nonprofit, creates programs for at-risk youth, and promotes the distribution of arts and literature across the DFW area. Joe led the organization from 2018 to 2023, and its mission continues to shape how he thinks about community and representation.
Joe is also the author and illustrator of The Great Pablo P.I. Series, a collection of children's books that brings his creative background full circle. The series features picturesque stories that celebrate Mexican-American culture and spark curiosity in young readers, proving that being a tough, effective attorney and a person who genuinely cares about children and cultural representation are not mutually exclusive. The second book in the series is coming soon.
